Slide2Video

Turn PowerPoint into a training video with AI narration

Most training videos die at the "someone needs to record this" bottleneck. Slide2Video skips the bottleneck: upload your deck, review an AI-drafted narration script per slide, then export a narrated MP4 — all in the browser, no mic or studio needed.

How it works — three steps

  1. Upload your presentation

Drop a PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF. Files up to 50 MB are supported — no Microsoft PowerPoint installation required.

  2. Review and refine the AI narration

Slide2Video drafts a narration script for every slide automatically. Edit the wording inline — fix terminology, adjust tone, tighten a sentence — before a single second of audio is generated.

  3. Export a narrated MP4

Approve the script and Slide2Video renders a complete video with AI voiceover and your slide visuals. Download the MP4 and drop it straight into your LMS, internal wiki, or shared drive.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Microsoft PowerPoint installed?
No. You upload a .pptx or PDF directly in the browser. Slide2Video reads and analyzes your slides server-side — your local machine only needs a modern browser.
Can I edit the narration script before it becomes audio?
Yes, and that is intentional. After upload, Slide2Video shows you the draft narration for each slide. You can rewrite any line before the video is generated — so the final audio reflects your exact wording.
What file formats are supported?
PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx). If you have a .ppt file, export it as .pptx or PDF from PowerPoint first.
What is the file size limit?
Uploads can be up to 50 MB. Most standard training decks are well within that limit.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Slide2Video launched in January 2026 with a free tier — you can complete the full upload → script → review → export workflow at no cost.
What happens if my slides change after I export?
Upload the updated deck and Slide2Video will generate a new script from the revised slides. You only re-approve the sections that changed — there is no re-recording.
Where is my file stored?
Review the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. The processing pipeline is designed to handle your file for the duration of the job and not retain slide content beyond that.
